Lambert’s connection to Mirasol began in 2003, when he joined the club as clubhouse manager during its early development. Two years later, he was promoted to General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, a position in which he became closely associated with the club’s growth and evolution.

He was also honored as the 2025 Facility Manager of the Year by the Racquet Sports Professional Association’s Florida Division. The recognition reflected his work improving Mirasol’s racquet facilities while supporting the professionals responsible for delivering those programs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Lambert’s story was closely connected to his family and to the people he considered part of the Mirasol community. A 2025 profile described him as a proud father of four and portrayed his relationship with the club as something deeply personal after being involved with Mirasol from its earliest days.
His career also included earlier experience in hospitality and food and beverage management. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Lambert worked in the restaurant industry before moving into country-club management, eventually joining The Polo Club of Boca Raton and then Mirasol.
